1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

This Site is designed for high school student-athletes ages 14 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old, and
• If under 18, you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian

We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information. If we become aware that information from someone under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, including player profiles, highlight videos, and coach visibility, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content and Consent-Based Licensing

As a user, you may upload content including videos, images, text, and player data (collectively “User Content”). You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you grant HSPORTAL LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display this content on our Site, YouTube channel, and social media platforms—only if you have provided express consent.

During profile setup, users (or their parent/guardian) may opt into:

Coach Contact Consent

“I consent to sharing my email address with coaches upon request.” If selected, we may share your email address with verified coaches who request contact information about you.

Promotional Use Consent

“I consent to use by HSPORTAL LLC of my Highlight Videos and player information contained in my Player Profile for use on social media, its website, and other public forums for promotional purposes.” If selected, we may publish your videos and profile for marketing and recruiting visibility.

4. Payments and Refunds

Some features and services require payment, such as player registrations. Payments are processed securely via:

• PayPal
• Authorize.net

By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of these third-party providers.

Refund Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Any refund requests must be submitted via email and are evaluated case-by-case at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Upload misleading, harmful, or infringing content
• Circumvent security features or access unauthorized areas
• Harass, impersonate, or exploit others on the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property
