3. Player Profile Consent Options

During profile creation, players (or their parent/guardian if under 18) may opt into the following:

Promotional Use Consent: “I consent to use by HSPORTAL LLC of my Highlight Videos and player information contained in my Player Profile for use on social media, its website, and other public forums for promotional purposes.” If selected, we may display your videos and profile on YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms to promote you and the portal.

Our platform is designed for high school student-athletes ages 14–17. We require:
